Koala sightings

Kempsey Shire Council is interested in keeping records of healthy, injured, sick or dead koalas that have been sighted within the Kempsey Shire. If you have recently, or sometime in the past, seen a koala within this Shire, please submit the information on the following form. Please use a separate form for each individual sighting.

Your koala sighting records will provide Council with valuable information on where koalas are located within the landscape of the Shire and can be used to assist Council with future conservation planning. For any questions regarding the koala records form, please contact Council on 6566 3200.
